Development of the Fetus

1. The fetus is now about 9 cm in length and weighs approximately 28g.

2. His or her hair starts to grow rapidly. There may be a change in the color and density of the hair.

3. The fetus can perform many tasks in the womb such frowning or suck his or her finger.

Change to the expectant mother

1. The expectant mother has adapted to the state of pregnancy.

2. The expectant mother should wear loose clothes from now.

3. As the breasts continue to grow, the expectant mother should change to a larger size bra.

4. Some expectant mothers will experience gingivitis.
