Food to avoid for infant 4 to 6 months old
In this phase, there are still many food that babies cannot take as their digestive system is not fully developed.
Common food to be avoided include the following
1. Fresh cow's milk
2. Rusks and other foods made from wheat like bread, spaghetti as it is not easy for infant to digest
3. Nuts and seeds
4. Shellfish
